About Us
AccuraSee was originally developed as a custom-built system for the Sterner Stenhus Group. After experiencing the significant benefits in business management brought by automated invoicing, real-time analytics, and budgeting, serial entrepreneur Tomas Georgiadis and Sebastian Hamilton decided to co-found AccuraSee.
Our mission is to transform time-consuming and tedious tasks into something fast and insightful. We’ve never enjoyed compiling data from multiple Excel sheets, payroll systems, or financial platforms—whether for invoicing, reporting, or analysis. So we built AccuraSee to do all of that much faster and smarter than any human.
Once all the data is gathered, it’s analyzed—and AccuraSee provides insights and recommendations on how to increase your profitability and uncover the money you didn’t know was there.

Can I Integrate My Existing Systems with AccuraSee?
Absolutely. AccuraSee is built with APIs to integrate with financial, operational, issue-tracking, and project management systems. This means all data is automatically retrieved from each system, allowing you to monitor everything in real time—whether it’s reported hours, received supplier invoices, won bids, index adjustments, and more.
By setting up rules and conditions for each agreement/project/contract, AccuraSee creates invoice drafts that are exported to your financial system—fully coded and ready.
Regardless of complexity, and even if you have multiple payment plans for the same customer (e.g., ongoing consulting hours, monthly license fees, or performance-based payments).
