Accessibility Statement

An internal WCAG 2.1 AA review, including manual testing, was completed in June 2026 and the issues found were fixed.

1. Our commitment

iSolve AB is committed to making the AccuraSee website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

2. Conformance status

This site is substantially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. We completed an internal WCAG 2.1 AA review in June 2026 and fixed the issues it found. “Substantially conformant” means the site meets the standard with only minor exceptions; see known limitations below.

3. What we have done

• Semantic, structured HTML with logical headings and landmarks.
• Colour contrast designed to meet AA on text and key UI.
• Keyboard-operable navigation and focus styles.
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences (animations are minimised when you ask your system to reduce motion).
• Descriptive alternatives for meaningful images and diagrams.

4. Known limitations

Our June 2026 internal review found and we fixed: low-contrast secondary text, a link that relied on colour alone, the footer contact-link styling, and a dimmed language-switcher label; we also added a consistent keyboard focus indicator. No issues remain outstanding from the review — if you encounter a barrier, please tell us using the contact below.

5. Feedback

If you encounter a barrier on this site, please tell us — we want to fix it. Email us and describe the problem and the page. We aim to respond within 5 business days (excluding standard vacation periods).

6. Compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari) and common assistive technologies such as NVDA and VoiceOver. Very old browser versions may give a reduced experience.

7. How we assessed this

This statement is based on an internal WCAG 2.1 AA review carried out in June 2026 — covering colour contrast, keyboard operation, reduced-motion support and manual assistive-technology testing — with the issues found remediated. We review it whenever the site changes materially.

8. Regulatory context

This statement is prepared with reference to WCAG 2.1 AA and the EU framework for digital accessibility (EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act). We apply WCAG 2.1 AA as our standard for this website.
