Privacy Policy
How we handle personal data collected through this website and our business contacts — what we collect, why, and the rights you have under the GDPR.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by iSolve AB (“iSolve”, “we”, “us”), the company behind AccuraSee. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this site and our sales and business contacts.
- Company: iSolve AB, organisation number 556793-0598
- Registered address: Västmannagatan 41, Stockholm, Sweden
- Contact: email us
We are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer and have not done so. Data-protection questions go to the contact above.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we handle as the operator of this website and in our role as a prospective or actual supplier — for example when you contact us, book a call, or download material.
It does not cover how data is processed inside the AccuraSee platform when you are a customer; there, your organisation is the controller and iSolve acts as a processor under a separate agreement. See our Data Processing page for that.
3. What we collect, why, and our legal basis
| Data | Why | Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) |
|---|---|---|
| Contact & discovery-call requests (name, email, company, message) | To respond and to take steps at your request before any contract | Legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract |
| Architecture brief & other gated downloads (email) | To send you the requested material and related follow-up | Consent |
| Server & security logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) | To operate, secure and troubleshoot the site | Legitimate interest |
| Analytics & advertising cookies | To measure traffic and run/measure marketing | Consent (set via the cookie banner) |
We do not knowingly collect special-category data and ask that you not include it in free-text messages.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising cookies that run only with your consent. Full details and controls are in our Cookie Policy.
5. Who we share data with
We use a small number of service providers (processors) who handle data on our behalf under contract:
- Microsoft Azure — website hosting and delivery, in our own EU (Sweden) environment.
- Google — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, for traffic measurement; loaded only with your analytics consent.
- LinkedIn — the LinkedIn Insight Tag, for advertising measurement; loaded only with your marketing consent.
- Meta Platforms — the Meta advertising pixel, for advertising measurement; loaded only with your marketing consent.
Contact and discovery-call enquiries you send us are handled in our own business email system. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where required by law.
6. International transfers
Our website hosting stays within the EU. Some analytics and advertising providers — Google, LinkedIn and Meta — may process data in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which these providers self-certify, and, as a backstop, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Sales and contact enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a customer relationship begins (then kept for its duration plus any statutory period).
- Server & security logs: up to 12 months.
- Analytics data: Google Analytics retains user- and event-level data for up to 14 months.
- Cookie data: for the lifetime stated in the Cookie Policy.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). To exercise any of these, contact email us.
9. Complaints
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Swedish supervisory authority, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), at imy.se. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its “last updated” date are always shown at the top of this page.
